Delivery & Returns

All orders are shipped from Lagos, Nigeria.We currently deliver to all countries around the world via DHL and FedeX. In the future, if we exclude any countries from our delivery list, they will appear below.Delivery times and costs vary depending on destination and carrier.

We do not allow returns on any items. However, if your bag arrived faulty, we sincerely apologize for this. Our aim is to deliver your item to you in the most pristine condition. Kindly contact orders@heladeandsola.com and we’ll take care of you. Items can be exchanged within 48 hours (for domestic orders) and within 14 days (for international orders). The delivery/shipping of exchanged items comes at an additional charge. Exchanged items will be accepted at our discretion. We require proof of purchase before any exchange can be made.Please note that we do not give cash refunds. However, if the cost of the purchased bag or product being exchanged exceeds the amount of the bag it’s being exchanged for, a gift card totalling the cost differential will be given to the customer.
